I have been editing porn videos for nearly 10 years now. Most people believe that I must masturbate all day whilst working. But, to be honest, that could not be further from the truth. With deadlines occurring on a daily basis, I really do need both hands on the keyboard and mouse to get all my porn editing work finished. Paying attention to detail requires my full concentration on the edit rather than my cock.
I mainly edit videos for Fake Taxi, Public Agent, Fake Driving School, Fake Agent and Female Fake Taxi as my main day to day editing. But over the last 12 months or so, I have been able to branch out and take on extra porn editing work for other clients. Over the last 12 months I have carried out some editing work for pornstars such as Sahara Knite, Madison Stuart, Poppy UK, Tanya Virago, Tabby Tender and Carly Rae Summers.
I edit porn using Premiere Pro Creative Cloud on a 24 inch iMac. I also have experience using Final Cut Pro. But I must say that making the switch to Adobe Premiere Pro has been the best decision I have made for a long time. I am based in the UK, and work from home in my own office. Having a fibre optic ‘to the house’ internet connection has really improved my workflow in the last 3 years. Being able to upload and download content rather than wait for passport drives or SD Cards via the postal service has really increased my output of work.
I got into porn video editing after I found myself in a dead end 9 to 5 job in a local council office. After taking a long hard look in the mirror I know that I needed to find a job that I was passionate about. I already knew a little bit about video editing, but deciding to throw myself into the adult industry was a great decision. I created XXXVideoEditor as my Twitter username and started to advertise my porn video editing services for free or a short time. This helped me generate a showreel of work that I could use to showcase my work. I was fortunate enough to get my very first ‘paid’ porn editing job from Canadian solo girl and web cammer, Sarah Peachez. She had some old unreleased content that she wanted to us on her web site. After just a few months of being on Twitter, I was contacted by FakeHub who where on the hunt for a porn video editor to start work on editing Public Agent. After a few test edits and a few pints of
Guinness, they offered me a job that I could not refuse. I was able to leave my 9 to 5 office job and start work as a full-time porn video editor.
Nearly ten years later I am still editing Public Agent videos, but I now also work on Fake Taxi, Fake Driving School, Female Fake Taxi, Fake Agent.
