The data used to put this chart together comes via Adult Empire, the largest online retailer of porn in the world. Accurate sales data for the porn industry is notoriously hard to find, but considering that this site has been in business for several years, sells more XXX videos than anyone, and has a worldwide customer base, I’m very comfortable with the accuracy of its information.
As you look through those 25 films above, you’ll probably notice that Vivid is the studio that owns most of them. The reason for this is because unlike most other porn studios, Vivid has been willing to pay top dollar (think $1 Million and up) to celebrities for their fuck films. Additionally, because of all the legal bullshit that goes along with negotiating these deals, most other porn studios don’t even get involved with celebrity sex tapes.
Finally, while the top three spots on the chart belong to A-List celebrities Pamela Anderson, Kim Kardashian, and Paris Hilton, it’s worth noting that Chyna (the former WWE Superstar) has more movies on this list (4) than any other celebrity. Because the world really is a fucked up place.
